PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Groveland is accepting Sealed Proposals to provide professional services to develop a Utilities Master Plan. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., on Friday, January 17, 2019 by the Procurement Department, 101 E. Broad Street, Groveland, Florida 34736 for “RFP #20-001, Utilities Master Plan”.
Services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to the following:
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional planning and engineering services for the purposes of developing a Utilities Master Plan (UMP). The consultant would address the immediate needs, short-term needs, and long-term needs for capital projects and maintenance and operations of all City of Groveland drinking water, wastewater, and reclaimed water assets and systems. The data-driven strategic planning effort would result in the production of a UMP and associated documentation to substantiate a Capital Improvements Program. Planning program would also include funding strategies for and professional assistance in applying for, securing, and administering funds from various agencies and sources.
A pre-proposal conference is not applicable for this solicitation.
One (1) original, five (5) copies, and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive, of the proposal should be delivered to the City of Groveland Procurement Department, 101 E. Broad Street, Groveland, Florida 34736 in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside: “RFP #20-001, Utilities Master Plan”, along with the Proposer’s name and address.
