Either call in to 352-429-2141 ext. 601 or email a utility billing clerk to set up a reread/leak check service order. The utility billing clerk can also set up an appointment time for you to meet with the utility technician.
Come into city hall with your final HUD statement and drivers license. Staff will then scan in your drivers license and do a quick utility credit check which will determine if a $75 or $150 security deposit will be required. you will also be required to pay a $25 service fee.
Renters deposits are held until their utility account is closed with the City of Groveland utility department.
