E. L. Puryear Building / Community Center
Located on the corner of Lake Avenue and Orange Avenue, the Puryear Building is one of the most historical and valuable buildings for our residents. It is the community center for the city and hosts many different events. Some of these events include city meetings that include

• Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)
• Code Enforcement
The Puryear building is also available to rent. From weddings to HOA meetings the possibilities of use are endless. There are existing tables and chairs that are included in the rental fee and the max occupancy of the building is 230.
