Mobile Food Vendors Meeting Flyer

Our Community Development and Economic Development staff has proposed revisions to Ordinance 2020-08 to reduce restrictions for mobile food vendors.

The following revisions will be discussed at this meeting:

  • No longer requiring a special event permit. 
  • Create a separate mobile food vendor ordinance. 
  • No longer restricting the number of days of operation. 
  • Creating a new application. 
  • Adding temporary sign restrictions. 
  • Permitting daily hours of operation 7 AM to 10 PM.
